By using OC3’s services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether or not you are a registered user of our Services. If you do not agree, please do not use OC3’s Services, including its Website.

No use of service permitted by anyone under the age of 21

Minimum qualifications for use of service requires that only persons who are 21 years of age or older use our services. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
